PTGAM implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification before a withdrawal is processed or at any time PTGAM deems appropriate. Standard documents accepted include a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID card.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, a standard 10× wagering requirement applies to bonus funds on casino games. Where abuse is detected, PTGAM may void all bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonus activity, and permanently close the account.
The PTGAM Refer a Friend program operates under its own additional terms available on the Refer a Friend page. Referral commissions are only payable on qualifying activity by referred players who have been independently verified.
All bets placed on the PTGAM platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, alongside any product-specific rules published within each game or betting section of the platform.
Bet confirmation: A bet is not considered accepted until PTGAM has confirmed it and issued a bet reference number. If a technical error prevents confirmation from being received, the bet may not be valid. Players are responsible for verifying that their bets have been accepted before a match or event begins.
Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum bet amounts are displayed on each game or market. Maximum stake limits vary by product, market, and event, and are displayed at the time of bet placement. PTGAM reserves the right to impose individual player bet limits at its discretion.
Errors in odds or game outcomes: In the event of a manifest error — including incorrectly displayed odds, technical glitches causing incorrect game outcomes, or settlement errors — PTGAM reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. PTGAM will notify affected players of any void action taken. Winnings paid as a result of a manifest error remain the property of PTGAM and may be reclaimed from the player's account balance.
Live betting: Bets placed during live in-play events are subject to the odds available at the precise moment the bet is confirmed. PTGAM may suspend betting on any market at any time without notice due to match events, network issues, or operational requirements. Suspended markets do not entitle the player to any compensation for bets not placed.
Postponed and abandoned events: If an event is postponed before it starts, pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. If an event is abandoned after starting, settlement follows the official league or governing body rules for that competition as applied by PTGAM's trading team.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the PTGAM platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected:
PTGAM reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory compliance requirements, or failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified where legally permissible. Funds may be held during an investigation. If the investigation concludes in the player's favor, the account will be reinstated and any held funds released promptly.
Where an account is closed due to confirmed breach of terms, PTGAM may retain all funds in the account, including both real money and bonus balances, as compensation for losses arising from the breach.
Players may voluntarily close their PTGAM account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.
All content on the PTGAM platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, software, game designs, audio, video, user interface elements, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of PTGAM or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any PTGAM content without express written permission from PTGAM. This includes screenshots of game outcomes used for commercial purposes, copying of odds data, or scraping of website content by automated tools.
The PTGAM name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of any PTGAM trademark — including in social media posts, forum discussions, or other online content in a manner that could mislead users — is prohibited.
