Tongits is a 3-player card game using a standard 52-card deck. The dealer distributes 12 cards each to the two non-dealer players and 13 to the dealer. The remaining cards form the draw pile in the center.
On each turn, you draw one card from the pile — or pick up the top discard from another player if it completes a set. Then you discard one card face-up. The goal is to reduce your hand's total point value as fast as possible.

Pay close attention to every card thrown to the discard pile. If another player keeps discarding specific suits, they're probably not going for sequences in those suits — which tells you something about what they're holding and what you can safely throw away.
Don't hold on to complete sets in your hand waiting for the "perfect moment." Lay them down as soon as you have a valid meld — it reduces your point count and makes it harder for opponents to challenge a draw against you.
